We first reached out to Anthony Gregory, Elite Food Solutions, after a recommendation from another food company in June 2020 to assist the Cabra site during a transitional period in the business. He fulfilled the Technical Manager remit on site until early 2021 with distinction. In this time Anthony ensured a successful extension audit with BRC, independent audit with Tesco as well as updating aspects of the quality management system.
In 2021, he facilitated the new Technical team members on site and organised HACCP refresher training for the entire workforce. Anthony has conducted comprehensive internal audits of all aspects of our quality management system against BRC clauses, Tesco clauses & also Musgraves clauses prior to the team’s successful BRC audit in early 2021 & customer audits later in the year.
