Auditing

Elite Food Solutions offers different types of audits depending on the risks and needs associated with your business.

These include:

burgerFood Safety Audit

The principal focus of the Food Safety audit is on identifying the food safety risks within the business. The scope of the audit is based on HACCP and the EC regulation No 852/2004. This audit would suit manufacturers or caterer’s who want to ensure their business is food safe and that any risk has been identified and actioned.

auditBRC Global Food Safety Standard – version eight

Based on the scope of the BRC standard, the audit will identify any non-compliances against the BRC template.
A Gap analysis would be produced showing clearly the actions required in order to be compliant with the standards.

tomatoQuality Management System

A Quality Management System (QMS) is a documented system that specifies how you manage food safety and food quality at each step in your food process in line with the ISO 22000 & FSSC 22000 standards. By auditing each step in your QMS, we will be able to review and develop procedures where necessary. The basis will be to put documents into a framework which is simple to follow and easy to carry out by employees. An effective QMS is essential if you are considering third party accreditation and will provide the pre-requisites (procedures & documents) for the implementation of a HACCP Programme.

auditInternal Audit Training

As part of a robust food safety management system there is a greater need for competent, independent internal auditors. Elite Food Solutions offer tailored internal auditing training for relevant team members that can be conducted in-house or at our training centre.
